The gameday experience for University of Michigan football fans will be enhanced this season by the following:

EARADIO(r) will allow fans in the stadium to hear the live play-by-play without the time delay of the “regular” radio broadcast of every home and away Michigan football game this year. The EARADIO(r) is a dual-mode radio that fits comfortably on the ear, and it comes with a lanyard for hands-free use. For $20, fans can purchase the radio from EARADIO(r) sales associates stationed around Michigan Stadium who will be selling them from mobile backpacks. For more information, please visit EARADIO’s site www.earadio.net/.

Scoreboard Improvements in Michigan Stadium have converted the incandescent bulb components to light-emitting diode (LED) technology, providing a more reliable and clear display. In addition, new electronic LED message boards at the bottom of the scoreboards have replaced the tri-panel boards capable of rotating only three fixed messages. The new message boards will allow display of additional statistics, out-of-town scores, names of players who made key plays, and traditional crowd messages such as “Go Blue.” The current policy of no advertising in the Stadium will be continued.
