random comments on PSU vs. Michigan game:
Now the Michigan beat Penn State……Penn State has also lost to Appalachian State….As will every team the Wolverines defeat this year. If the “daisy chain” applies to college football, then Penn State is MUCH worse than Michigan who lost to a 1-AA Appalachian State team in week 1! Isn’t college football great!
sorry tech difficulties, Harts touchdown was no TD he was down but probably would have made it on the next play. Michigan definitely needs henne back if they ever have to come from behind. Mallet shows some great possibility but is very inconsistent and turns the ball over every game. He’s bothced 4 or 5 snaps so far this year. Michigan is fortunate to have had 4 straight home games to start the season and the fact the big ten is more on level with the Mac this year will help them out also. I still am not impressed.
I posted this on the OSU board, but I think it looks good here too:
“OSU Fans, I guess the Big 10 Game of the year is in Columbus after all, just 2 weeks earlier than expected. Just keep winning up till then. I want the victor on Nov. 3 to play for the national title (pun intended, and I assume enjoyed). Wisconsin has had some recent sucess in your house, so don’t overlook us.”
BTW – Guest: Points scored on Turnovers are still points that are equal to other points, moron. A comment dumb enough to make me defend Michigan, a feat indeed.
Tguyer: Who said that Penn State is our best team? The polls actually have them as the #3 team in conference. I get the feeling we won’t know our “best” team in the Big 10 until the OSU Band takes the field for post-game on Nov. 3. If thier hats are backward, it’s OSU, if not, its Wisconsin.
I love how everyone even thought that Penn st. was actually the a good team. Look at the teams they beat and tell me that they should have been crowned supposedly the best team in the conference. Now Michigan wins a game against a real opponent and people are saying they are back? Just wait until they come to Madison. Tyler Donovan is a good enough runner at the qb position to give the Michigan defense problems. And thats just saying Michigan is even good. I won’t give any credit to Michigan until they beat a proven team.

Two turnovers at home and Penn State only scores 17 points? And then they say “We’re back!”?
It will take more than a video of a game from 2005 to beat OSU this year. Though, after we beat Penn State, you can still watch your video and imagine what might have been, if it makes you feel better.
