Adams shared the award with Illinois defensive end Will Davis.
Figure this: Wofford beats Appalachian State
Hey, Bill Martin, stay away from Wofford.
What else can we tell the University of Michigan athletic director after Wofford beat Appalachian State 42-31 last weekend?
Wofford, located in Spartanburg, S.C., ended App State’s 17-game winning streak, which of course included that stunner over Michigan on Sept. 1.
Bo’s lasting lesson #5: Respect your history
It’s one thing, when you start in a new position, to throw a bucket of cold water on your people to let them know things are going to be different around here from now on. That’s just smart.
When running back Mike Hart passed Tyrone Wheatley to become Michigan’s No. 3 all-time rusher, the senior didn’t show too much emotion.
“The only thing that matters is No. 1, and this team being No. 1 – that’s all I’m focused on,” Hart said following the Notre Dame game when he achieved the feat. “If we keep winning and I keep moving up, it’s cool.”
Hart is just 139 yards away from breaking the school’s career rushing record.

Two turnovers at home and Penn State only scores 17 points? And then they say “We’re back!”?
It will take more than a video of a game from 2005 to beat OSU this year. Though, after we beat Penn State, you can still watch your video and imagine what might have been, if it makes you feel better.
