The Columbus Dispatch reported today that Michigan Offensive lineman (and starter last year) Justin Boren will transfer to OSU. This is the first time that any Michigan football player has transferred to OSU.
No OSU player has ever transferred to Michigan.
Under Big Ten rules, Boren will not be eligible for a scholarship at OSU. Though he has countless scholarship offers elsewhere, Mr. Boren has set his mind on playing for the Buckeyes.
Apparently, Rich Rodriguez really got the big guy mad, and now it’s pay back time, or rather, in 2009 it will be pay back time, as Boren will have to sit out one year of his eligibility. Nothing like a bit more depth for the offensive line at OSU. The way that we rotate them in and out of games, Boren is a lock to see time against his former teammates at some point.

Two turnovers at home and Penn State only scores 17 points? And then they say “We’re back!”?
It will take more than a video of a game from 2005 to beat OSU this year. Though, after we beat Penn State, you can still watch your video and imagine what might have been, if it makes you feel better.
