Minnesota goes into Champaign and beats Illinois! I’m only kind of surprised. Adam Weber looks like one of the most poised quarterbacks in the Big Ten. And their defense played lights out. Too bad they didn’t get Ohio State in Minnesota or they could be looking at a perfect season. If OSU loses twice (Penn State, Michigan State, Illinois, Northwestern all have shots to knock off the Buckeyes), Minnesota could finish runner up in the Big Ten. Perhaps Chris Wells will learn to show them a bit more respect when they finish ahead of the Buckeyes: “You didn’t see? I just hurdled this kid.”
