Sunday (11/16)
•The 7th annual Beat Michigan 5K begins at noon at Kottman Hall, 2021 Coffey Rd.
Sponsored by Tau Beta Phi, engineering honorary, the run benefits a local charity, Neighborhood Services, Inc.
•The Ohio State University Marching Band performs its annual Beat Michigan Concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday (11/16) at Mershon Auditorium, 1871 N. High St. Admission is $15.
Monday (11/17)
•Beat Michigan Blood Drive. At various sites and times throughout the week, Ohio State and Michigan students will donate the “Gift of Life” as part of the long-standing blood battle.
•Beat Michigan Week Battle Against Hunger. Ohio State students are competing with students at Michigan to see who can donate the most nonperishable food items (to be determined by weight). All donated goods from Ohio State will benefit the MidOhio Food Bank. See:http://ohiounion.osu.edu
•FIJI/PIKE Rivalry Run Against Cancer. Fraternity members (FIJI and PIKE) on both campuses run the game ball 186 miles – from the Big House in Ann Arbor to Ohio Stadium to raise money for the American Cancer Society. See: http://www.therivalryrun.com/
Tuesday (11/18)
• Banner Signing and Barrington Elementary Memorabilia Sale, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Recreation & Physical Activity Center (RPAC), 337 W. 17th Ave. RPAC and Main Oval. Students can show their school spirit by signing a gigantic good-luck banner that will be delivered to the Buckeyes. Fourth-grade students from Barrington Elementary School in Upper Arlington will also be on hand to sell Buckeye necklaces and memorabilia. Proceeds will benefit the Stephanie Speilman Breast Cancer Foundation.
Wednesday (11/19)
• Beat Michigan Week Craft Night, 7 to 9 p.m. in the RPAC amphitheater. Students are invited to create Beat Michigan crafts including buckeye key chains, t-shirts, picture frames, and piggy banks.
Friday (11/21)
• Beat Michigan Pep Rally, 5 p.m. at the site of Ohio State’s original football field, Ohio Field (corner of 18th Ave. and High St.). The rally features a Coach Tressel look alike contest and appearances by cheerleaders, Brutus Buckeye, the Glee Club, OSU Dance Team, and some additional surprise guests. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a blue article of clothing to exchange for an OSU t-shirt for the “Lose the Blue” Campaign benefiting Goodwill Columbus.
Saturday (11/22)
• The Buckeye Battle Cry Brunch, 9 a.m. at the RPAC. This pancake breakfast is free for Ohio State students; others are asked to make a $5 donation to benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Students may also come prepared for “battle” with Michigan by using face paint, making Buckeye necklaces, getting airbrush tattoos and viewing a large screen TV showing of College Game Day.

Two turnovers at home and Penn State only scores 17 points? And then they say “We’re back!”?
It will take more than a video of a game from 2005 to beat OSU this year. Though, after we beat Penn State, you can still watch your video and imagine what might have been, if it makes you feel better.
